My Map
My Map is the toolset which enables you to create graphics on the map with the ability to style and edit the graphics. To access My Maps you can either select the paint pallet icon to the right of the search bar or select the My Map display mode button.
The My Map feature provides temporary storage of graphics and is not meant to be a permanent. If your ‘Flash Cache’, also known as website storage, is deleted, you will lose your saved graphics.
Available graphic types are point, line, polygon, circle, rectangle, polyline and text. Graphics can be added, edited, deleted etc all from within the My Map area of the Interactive map window.
To add a graphic to the map:

Each graphic appears as an item in the My Map table of contents and provides access to a variety of editing tools for each specific item. Operations which can be completed are visibility, deletion, label editing, geometry editing, as well as shape enhancements such as adding labels, buffers, and duplication.

The ‘Item Symbolizer’ can be accessed by clicking the colour wheel; from here you can change the style, colour, transparency and size of a graphic.

Tools specific to a graphic can be accessed from the toolbox dropdown menu or by right clicking a graphic. The item symbolizer and delete tools can be accessed from this menu.

To create a buffer around a graphic:
Clicking the duplicate graphic tool in the toolbox dropdown menu of a graphic will create a duplicate of the graphic.
The draw order of graphics is reflected in the Table of contents. Items listed at the top will be drawn above graphics which are shown below. To change the draw order, click the item in the table of contents and either drag it above or below the other items.
